We begin with a Pre-Session Consultation where we both can ask questions, discuss what you want to achieve and how your current issues are affecting you.

RTT™ Freedom from within session – I will guide you into a pleasant and deeply relaxed, natural state, commonly referred to as “hypnosis” where we can talk and communicate directly with your subconscious mind. During the session you will be aware and alert, whilst relaxed, and fully able to hear and talk to me. I will then use various RTT™ techniques, including regression, to help to find the root cause of the issue you wish to address.
